At Half Face Blades, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our apparel and gear, offering a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-forged items and limited edition releases are final sale and ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
